Jitach Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Jitach platform and all related services. Jitach is an internationally licensed online betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing Jitach through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jitach and supersede any prior agreements or representations. If any part of these Terms conflicts with your local law, please contact us.

Registration Terms

To create an account on Jitach, you will need to provide the following information:

• Full name (as per your legal name)
• Valid Email Address
• Active mobile number (for SMS verification)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Strong Password
• Residential address (required)
• Identity Proof (such as national ID, passport)

All information you provide must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Responsibility

Your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact our support team immediately.

Jitach is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Your age is automatically verified at registration. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately.

You confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to bet and are aged 18 or older
• You are legally competent and do not suffer from any condition that impairs your judgment
• You are not on any international sanctions list
• Use of this service is lawful under the laws of your country

Bet Placement and Acceptance

When you place a bet on Jitach, you are entering into a binding agreement. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet contains an error that is detected by our system, we reserve the right to void that bet.

Odds & Returns

All odds are updated in real time. When you place a bet, the odds at that exact moment are applied. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will be prompted to accept the new odds.

Bet Wins and Losses

Bet results are determined from official sources. In case of doubt, Jitach's Sports Analysis Team makes the final decision. If an event is cancelled, your bet is automatically refunded.

Deposit (Fund Transfer)

Jitach supports multiple deposit methods, including mobile banking and bank transfer. For each deposit, we provide a unique account number or reference code. Please send funds using that reference so they are automatically credited to your account.

Deposits typically appear in your account within 5 minutes. If you don't receive your deposit after 30 minutes, contact our support team.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw your winnings or account balance at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Funds typically arrive in your account within 1–2 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 100,000 per day.

Fees and Charges

Jitach has no hidden fees. Deposits are completely free. A minimal commission may apply to withdrawals, and this will be clearly shown when you submit a withdrawal request. You can withdraw your winnings with no commission.

Welcome bonus

New users receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit after registration. This bonus is typically a percentage of your deposit. To complete the bonus, you must place a specified number of bets.

Bonus Terms

• Bonus applies only to active betting accounts
• Bonus is separate from account and must be cleared
• If bonus is not cleared within the specified time, it will be forfeited
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be on eligible games (certain games may be excluded)
• Promotional Bonuses are available with different terms for each promotion

Voluntary closure

Mandatory Closure

Jitach may close your account in the following circumstances:

• If Terms are violated
• If fraud or unauthorized activity is detected
• When required by law
• After prolonged inactivity (more than 1 year)

If a dispute arises between you and Jitach, contact our support team first. We will attempt to resolve it within 7 days. If unresolved, you may file a formal complaint.

For major disputes, we may proceed to international mediation or arbitration commission.

Jitach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Jitach after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
